The Penelope Harris Tweed® Tote is designed for the woman who values understated luxury and authentic British heritage. Crafted in genuine Harris Tweed® cloth, handwoven in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland, and finished in our Welsh studio, it brings quiet sophistication to every occasion.
