Processing Times

All orders are normally processed within 1–3 working days (excluding bespoke orders, weekends, and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Our processing times may increase during busy periods such as the run-up to Christmas — if there are any delays, I’ll always post updates on the announcement bar at the top of the website.

Processing times do not include delivery time. You will receive a separate notification when your order has shipped.

UK Shipping

Delivery Services

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature – usually delivered the next working day after dispatch.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature – usually delivered within 2 working days after dispatch.

  • DPD Next Day Delivery – next business day after dispatch, with full tracking and delivery window updates.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping prices are set by the courier, not by me, and are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

  • All parcels are sent tracked and signed for your peace of mind.

Packaging

Every order is carefully packaged in eco-friendly FSC-approved boxes, wrapped with tissue paper, and lightly scented with a seasonal fragrance from Daisy Fresh Wales.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email notification with a tracking number to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at support@emmaeaster.co.uk with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

Damaged Orders

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please email me as soon as possible at support@emmaeaster.co.uk with your order number and photos or video of the item and packaging. I’ll review each case individually and do my best to reach a satisfactory solution.
