Shipping Information
Thank you for your order. We aim to process all orders within 3 to 10 business days after receiving your order confirmation email, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that during busy periods such as Christmas, processing times may increase. It's important to note that our processing times do not include delivery time.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive another notification. The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout. This cost is determined by our shipping provider and is not within our control. If you live in Northern Ireland or another international location, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Please be aware that Easterkins Ltd t/a Emma Easter Handcrafted is not responsible for these charges. They are your responsibility as the customer. International deliveries may take anywhere from 20-35 business days. Please allow for any delays that may occur during busy or unprecedented circumstances such as natural disasters, global pandemics, etc.
To check the status of your order, pleae check the dispatch email that you will have received us once your order shipped. The email will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. The tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become available. If you haven't received your order within 14 working days (UK) or 35 business days (international) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@easterkins.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at support@easterkins.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will address the issue on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution.
