We can’t wait to be at Treorchy’s very first Food and Drink Festival on the 27th of August 2022. It just so happens that it’s bank holiday weekend too!
There’s going to be loads to do for all the family, with the whole community coming together to celebrate our awesome Welsh Food, Drink and Makers alongside our amazing High Street businesses. All happening in Treorchy, winner of Britain’s Best Highstreet!
The event itself is going to be based over four venues, including the iconic Parc & Dare, The Library, The Boys & Girls Club and The Marketplace! All these locations are a stones throw from each other and we’ll be based inside the Boys & Girls Club which has good parking facilities right outside via the Co-Op carpark!
With over 50 independent businesses having stalls alongside other entertainment such as Treorchy’s Bake Off competition it’s sure to be an amazing day! It doesn’t stop there though, as after 5 the local venues such as The Lion, The Stag, The Miners Arms, Cardiff Arms Bistro, Hot Gossip, The White Dragon, The Prince, 2 Dudes, Treorchy Rugby Club and the Rafa will be taking part in Live After 5!
Along side all this, the Cardiff Arms Bistro is holding a Beer and Cider Festival hosted by Thatchers! The Cardiff Arms Bistro also has accommodation so if you’d like to visit check them out and make a weekend of it!
