As this is a handmade item, measurements can fluctuate slightly between each bag made.

All orders within the UK are shipped through DPD. Although this service typically delivers within the next working day, during busy periods, please allow up to 3 business days. DPD offers a fully tracked service with a 1-hour delivery window.

Please note that DPD does not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses. There may also be additional charges for delivery to smaller UK islands (please refer to our shipping policy for more information). For BFPO addresses, kindly contact me so that I can provide a postage quote via an alternative delivery provider.

All international orders will be shipped via Royal Mail on a tracked service.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Bespoke and personalised products are exempt from this and cannot be returned.
